Dear Mr. Tate and Mr. Riley;

There are times when words really do not do justice to a situation, and this may be just one of those times.  My wife, Valarie, and I moved early in 2008 to the mountains of North Carolina.  Our houe in Troutman had been on the market for more than six months with Lake Norman Realty.   Before we moved we relisted the house with Allen Tate Realty, and were so fortunate to have the Sherrie Boan Team to guide us and handle this matter.  We felt confident and relaxed from the beginning knowing that we truly were in the hands of competent and caring professionals.  The house was vacant after we moved, and Sherrie and Becky tended to whatever needed to be done.  The Team also obtained the buyers for the home.   We closed on it in March, all being effortless and smooth transaction.   We were fully informed every step of the way.

In this hectic day and age when people only seem to have time to complain, we wanted to let you know that we applaud Sherrie Boan and her team for a job well done.  You have a gold mine in that  Team.   They are exemplary human beings and a credit to your organization.  They would be ideal models for all real estate agents!   Our hats are off to them an to your agency!
